Place this in the folder marked "shameless self-promotion."  I have a book review published online as part of the May 2008 edition of the World War 4 Report.  Thanks to Jesse for recommending and sharing a copy of the book.  I am sure that, over the past few weeks, I have badgered many of you with one part or another of the argument of this book, so here is the whole thing.
