[Nyclocal] GHI/HIP Privatization

Friends,

A debate has begun inside the ranks of the United
Federation of Teachers regarding the privatization of
the GHI/HIP health plans.  A resolution opposing the
privatization has been circulated by the rank-and-file
caucus Independent Community of Educators.  Their
