[Nyclocal] [LEC-NYC] Help Out at the left forum

I would hope that the SPNYC & SP Chicago could meet up, I also hope at some point the SP Chicago reconnect with all of us in the SPUSA, given how small the left is, and the need for both a local and national presence, why fracture any more then we already are. Maybe the meetup for the SP presidential candidate/SP vice-presidential candidate and the SP meet up happen on either Friday night after the closing plenary and/or on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday after the closing plenary

 between the Chicago Socialist Party  and the SP - I do NOT want to get into that, I do think some  of
 our folks may welcome the chance to  talk with Eric Schuster about socialist politics in  general.
  
 Is there any chance - mainly I  address this to Eric and Shaun - of having a smallish gathering  of
 whoever is interested on Friday  night after the opening session of the conference? If I get a  yes
 from Eric and Shaun, then I'd let  the nylocal know in case any of our members wanted to drop  by.

We will have a table at the left forum on the following dates    and times 5-9pm on Friday and 8:30am-7pm on Saturday and Sunday, we need    people to work the table.  It would be best to have 2 people for each    slot.  I think 3 or 4 hour blocks should be reasonable so if you can help    please let me know so I can make up a schedule. 

Friday: 
5-9pm:    

Saturday: 
8:30-12:00
12:00-3:00:
3:00-7:00: 

Sunday:    
8:30-12:00
12:00-3:00
3:00-7:00

We also need help with the    party on Saturday night.  This is also the meet and greet with our    presidential candidate Brian Moore.  We need people to volunteer to make    food, provide drinks, and things like plates, cups, napkins etc.  also to    help set up.  I will be able to do some cooking and set up but I need    some help. If you cna help with any of this please let me know and I will    create a list of who has agreed to do what.
