On Saturday July 12th the Coalition Against Privatization will organize a day of outreach to build community awareness about our campaign to stop the privatization of GHI & HIP and the growing movement in support of a National Health Insurance Plan (H. R. 676). We are setting up in front of local supermarkets or other high-traffic areas. July 12th is the first of two days of community organizing (July 26th is the other) to build support for our July 30th celebration of the birthday of Medicare (details to follow).
